All Edincare Pumps products are manufactured to the highest possible standard and we have every confidence that the equipment will serve you well.
Planned servicing with Edincare involves scheduled maintenance and servicing of pump and drainage equipment to ensure optimal performance, reduce the risk of failure, and extend equipment life expectancy. Regular maintenance is essential for validating building insurance, maintaining warranties (such as Delta Membranes), and reducing running costs. Edincare offers service agreements that provide routine servicing, reduced parts costs, priority call outs, and out-of-hours service options.
Our Service Agreements consist of planned preventive maintenance visits at an agreed frequency. As part of all service visits, a detailed service check list is utilised that covers all visual inspections, working tests, system adjustments and electrical safety checks.
Our engineers are fully trained in all aspects of working with pumped drainage systems, as well as being specifically trained in the use of gas detection equipment, confined space entry procedures and all relevant health and safety legislation.
