Edincare and COVID-19

Dear Loyal Customers,

I hope you are keeping well in these challenging times.

I would like to reassure you that everyone at Edincare are devoted to continuing to undertake both service and emergency works 24/7 for those customers that require our assistance.

In line with the Government’s advice on COVID-19 our first priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and partners. We have taken all sensible measures to safeguard you and our team from the spread of the Coronavirus.

Where possible we will continue to operate in all areas of the business, to make this possible we have implemented the following;

• All office staff are now working from home and our switchboard diverts calls to them.
• All engineers are fully equipped with the necessary PPE to ensure you and our team remain safe and healthy during our site visit.
• Our warehouse team have increased stock levels of parts and spares.

At time of scheduling your appointment we will ask if any occupants are currently self-isolating, if so we will reschedule the works accordingly or make suitable provisions to safely undertake the works if it is an emergency situation.
