We are delighted to welcome Angela as Customer Services Manager. We asked Angela to share a little bit about herself.

“Most of my career has been spent in the Insurance sector, running teams of up to 100 staff carrying out various insurance claims roles from Personal Injury to Public & Employers Liability to large Commercial, Motor & Household. This has given me a good understanding of liability, legal issues, Service Level Agreements and delivering to established customer service levels.

Most recently I was Head of Customer Services at Mothercare, which was a varied role where I managed teams both in London and Manchester. At Mothercare, I was involved in several projects across the broader business, from increasing our digital footprint, outsourcing and changing our supply chain process.

I think the principles I’ve worked to in the customer services arena, apply no matter what business you’re in. The move to Edincare Pumps was quite seamless in that respect, although I am on a steep learning curve with regards to the technical side of the business.

I’m enjoying the challenge and never knew that there was so much to learn about many different types of pumps – it’s a whole new world!”
