| A macerator is a lifting station that breaks up
toilet and bathroom effluent before pumping it away to the nearest
soil stack or sewer. There are many different models of macerators
on the market designed to suit virtually any application.
Most macerators also come complete with additional inlets for the
installation of wash hand basins, showers, bidets etc, therefore
making them extremely versatile in enabling a bathroom suite to be
installed almost anywhere.
