Biofax is a grease digesting enzyme which prevents the build up of fat, oil and grease (FOG) within drainage systems. This product is best used in conjunction with separator systems such as EcoTrap and ProTrap and is ideally suited for use in commercial kitchens and any situation where grease build up is a problem.
